But I can’t because they never actually deposited the small amount (as the card was blocked after the first transaction as it should be). Their stupid FAQ says “don’t do that” (very useful after the fact!) but don’t say how to solve it. I need to activate my account (which is blocked until I verify this) or get my money back and get back to Skype which doesn’t have these problems. Any ideas out there? I’ve emailed them, but they are so slow to respond and their online chat thing is always busy.
